Chris & Deborah Gough are the directors of Oyster Homes Ltd, and fully manage all aspects of the business.
House Rules

Parking
Please park in the bay number corresponding to your apartment. We can not accommodate long wheel base vans, parking on the road is free. Additional car?, we may be able to allow parking for an additional car, on a daily basis, contact us after 5pm for direction.

Parties
We can not accept parties or gatherings, any indication of this will be reported to Booking.com or Airbnb and you will be asked to leave.
03
Smoking / Vaping
No smoking or Vaping in the property, including re filling vapes. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or ozone refreshment.

Check out time
Please vacate the property by 11:00am on your day of departure, cleaners are normally booked in soon after, and will charge cancellation fees. If you require a later check out, we may be able for accomodate subject to cleaners and same day bookings, for a small fee.
